Meet Amanda, our Operations Manager! She is our behind-the-scenes rockstar at Growth Machine, ensuring that everything is running smoothly and efficiently. From updating the website and piecing together automations to handling admin tasks and keeping each and every last file organized, she is essential to our team’s success. 

Before joining us, Amanda was a school counselor, bringing a wealth of experience in organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication. Her unique background helps her excel in her multifaceted role.

She lives on the west coast of Michigan, where she enjoys exploring local parks and trails, tackling word searches and sudoku puzzles, and catching a sunset on the beach.
