Meet our CEO, Nora! After a career of consulting, music management, and corporate marketing, she found a cryptic job listing for a new startup called Growth Machine with no other employees, no website, and no social media presence. Her strong marketing background, blogging expertise, and systems mindset got her the job. 

Now she runs the company. 

Our resident Chicagoan wears a lot of hats in her role — sales, marketing, finance, HR, and more — and it’s her job to keep everything running smoothly. (She does it well!)

In the past, she’s worked on projects for Nike, several Proctor and Gamble and General Mills brands, Target, and many others. 

She’s a systems lover and implemented most every SOP and system that keeps our company running, and she’s seen Growth Machine through every twist and turn of the last 6 years. When she shuts her laptop for the day, she’s probably watching Parks & Rec or wrangling her two sons and one cat.
